Green Witch Pies
Makes 3 sinfully rich and tasty pies
Preparation time: one hour using pre-made pie shells
In a large bowl beat 6 eggs
Add
2 cans organic corn;
save liquid and stir in
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 sticks /½ pound butter (melted)
2/3 cup cornmeal
1 cup tara cheese (or sour cream) and
½ teaspoon salt
Stir to mix. Then cut cheese into ¾-inch cubes
½ pound firm goat cheese and
½ pound cheddar Mix.
Add ½ cup Nereocystis kelp (or dulse)
Stir.
Pour into three pre-made whole wheat pie shells. Bake for one hour at 350 F or until pies are firm in the center.
Don't worry about having too much. Leftovers disappear quickly.
